• When will my monthly mail be sent?

Kiwi’s monthly adventures are sent out during the first week of each month! This means your mail should hopefully arrive during the month it’s meant for.

• How long does shipping take?

Since Kiwi travels by regular stamped letter mail, delivery times can vary depending on where you live and your local postal service.

As a general estimate:

Canada: 2–7 business days

USA: 1–3 weeks

International: 2–6 weeks

Please keep in mind that these are estimates and postal delays can sometimes happen!

• What happens if my mail gets lost?

Don't worry! Give Kiwi’s mail up to 6 weeks to arrive, especially for international destinations. If your letter still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, send us an email at chewypaperr@gmail.com

• Are there any extra customs fees, duties, or taxes?

Nope! Your Kiwi mail is sent as a standard stamped letter, so there shouldn't be any additional fees, duties, etc charged for the mail club subscription.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription whenever you’d like. Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month, so just make sure to cancel before your next billing date if you don't want to be charged for the following month.
